Little Creek

The Little Creek Watershed is one of our most altered watersheds and is undergoing significant infrastructure rehabilitation for threats including sea-level rise, flooding and pollution. It is home to the Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek. Regional efforts to restore oyster reefs and improve water quality are ongoing with large-scale restoration efforts aimed at enhancing habitat.
