Construction Impacts

• Impacts will be primarily on-site.
• Minor parking impact on west end of parking at current Ocean View Beach Park for tie-in to expansion parking. 
• Limited lane closures for utility connections. 
• Limited lane closures for curb, sidewalk and entrance installations.
• Dune and beach access will be limited due to installation of seat wall, pavers and accessible ramp.
