Norfolk Public Library Collection
The Norfolk Public Library provides books in both regular and large print, eBooks, digital magazines, Audiobooks, CDs and DVDs to meet whichever reading format you prefer. Start with our online catalog.
Can't find a title in the catalog? Visit one of our locations and the staff will assist you. You may also print the form and bring a completed version into any of our locations.
1. You can recommend a book or other item for purchase using a Patron Recommendation Form. The Library will review your recommendation and may add it to our collection.
2. Use the Interlibrary Loan Request Form to request that Norfolk Public Library borrow a book from another library system.
Our electronic collection is free and available to Norfolk residents, Norfolk property owners, Norfolk business owners, and those employed in Norfolk. Non-Norfolk Virginia residents can access the digital collection for an annual fee of $35.00. Please contact a Norfolk Public Library branch for more information.
