The Team Norfolk Boxing Program has a new temporary location! Stop by the Park Place Multi-Services Center, 606 W. 29th St., for boxing training and more!
Program Hours:
Monday – Friday, 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Beginning boxing classes are at 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. and Team Norfolk Boxing practice is at 6 p.m., Monday – Friday. Future programming will include warrior fitness, low impact cardio classes, therapeutic recreation classes and more.
