Therapeutic Recreation Transportation
If you are requesting transportation for a class or riding the van for any reason during the class session, please fill out the transportation form below and return to us no later than 2 weeks prior to the start of the session. The form can be sent via email to Shanequa ("Neek") at shanequa.perry@norfolk.gov OR filled out and brought to the Therapeutic Recreation Center (TRC) after you have registered for classes.
Please wait until after your registration is complete to fill out the transportation form. Once you fill out the form, send to Shanequa as soon as possible and she will get back in touch with you about transportation route availability.
