WPA, local to Norfolk, co-led local engagement as well as urban design and historic preservation.
ARUP developed recommendations for transportation, critical infrastructure, and mobility.
ONE Architecture took the lead on sustainability and resilience strategies bringing their diverse experience in design through implementation of climate adaptation solutions.
Urban3 brought their approach to development, land use, and public policy through real estate economics to visualize fiscal impacts of development and policies helping to educate the community and leaders to make informed decisions about investment and growth.
HR&A has diverse experience in the Hampton Roads region and ensured that their recent work on the Housing Strategy and understanding of economic development strategies and priorities for Norfolk are well integrated and achievable.
