Permits & Inspections Applications & Forms

Your permit submission is not complete until a completed application package including the building permit, forms, and plans are attached to the permit application on the  ePermitting Portal. 

For permit extensions, sign in to the ePermitting Portal and click on ‘Extend Permit’ beside the permit you wish to extend. 

To cancel a permit and/or request a refund for a permit, sign in to the ePermitting Portal and click on ‘Modify Permit’ beside the permit and make sure you attach the Request for Refund form (available below) to the end of the request.
