Harbor Park Parking
Harbor Park is proud to be the home of the Norfolk Tides, the Triple-A Affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles baseball team.
Nestled on the Elizabeth River, the 12,067 seat stadium boasts 20 luxury suites, press facilities, including two TV broadcasting booths, and a 300-seat restaurant. Harbor Park also features a complete picnic area for private parties, as well as an exceptional variety of concession food and beverages for stadium guests.
Come early, plan ahead and enjoy the game!
Parking is limited at Harbor Park.
Consider taking Hampton Roads Transit’s ferry or The Tide light rail services for FREE.
- Ferry service: from North Landing in Portsmouth directly to the Harbor Park Landing.
- The Tide light rail service: Complimentary rides are available two hours before and after each game. Fans can show their ticket for that day’s game for a free ride on light rail to and from the stadium.
- Free parking at three park-and-ride lots, fans can be steps away from The Tide light rail without the hassles of driving or paying for parking:
- Newtown Road Station (Newtown Rd. and Kempsville Rd. with 267 spaces)
- Military Highway Station (Curlew Dr. and Corporate Blvd. with 235 spaces)
- Ballentine/Broad Creek Station (Ballentine Blvd. and I-264 with 104 spaces)
- EVMC Parking Lot (Southampton Ave. and Colley Ave.)
- Free parking at three park-and-ride lots, fans can be steps away from The Tide light rail without the hassles of driving or paying for parking:
- MacArthur Center Garages (North & South decks): FREE
- Take The Tide light rail for FREE to Harbor Park or a roughly 15-minute walk
- City Garages/Lots:
- Game day parking rates for Harbor Park Lots C, F & G as well as Union Street and East Street Lots: $6
- Prepaid parking will be available in Lot C only starting May 13. To purchase parking in Lot C in advance, use the pre-paid online parking system.
- Parking in remaining Harbor Park Lots (F & G) as well as Union Street and East Street lots will be cashless (credit card upon entry).
- NOTE: Any game that is cancelled due to a rain out will result in all credit card payments being refunded back to the customer’s account. The City's Parking Division will continue to accept any current rain out parking passes for future games until they are redeemed.
- Dominion Tower Garage: This privately-owned garage will offer $6 game day parking.
To facilitate traffic flow, staff will be on site to assist with parking direction and space location. Vehicles will be directed to designated lots based on their entry location. Lots will be parked back to front to facilitate traffic flow.
Fans are advised to come early and to plan ahead.
Tailgating is permitted on surface lots under the following conditions:
- No alcoholic beverages.
- No cooking on any kind of grill (open flame, gas, electric, etc).
- Prepared food, soft drinks, water, etc. only.
- Cannot take up or occupy a parking space with chairs, tables.
- Must clean area after use.
Note: Violators could be cited and will be asked to leave the lot. Thank you for your cooperation.
