Operation Holiday Cheer Mail Box

Visit any Norfolk Public Library location to make/write greeting cards to our brave men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces and First Responders and put them inside specially-decorated mail boxes for delivery. The Hampton Roads Naval Museum is kindly partnering with NPL by delivering the greeting cards to the respective departments around Hampton Roads. Final collection will be December 1st so come in early to make your card!

Operation Holiday Cheer Mail Box complements our new Holiday Trees of Honor program! While each library location will have a tree and mail box dedicated to a particular branch of the U.S. Armed Forces or First Responders, any Norfolk library location can take a card for any department.
