Meditation

Feeling stressed, anxious, or just need time to get away? Come join us in a quiet, relaxing meditation space! We'll have an introduction for beginners and time to answer questions afterwards.

Meditation is a health-focused practice centered on focusing the mind and calming the body. Studies have found it contributes to mental health, physical well-being, and can assist in augmenting the effects of other forms of treatment.
