Library Card Sign Up Month Raffle

This September 1-30, NPL will host a raffle to entice new patrons to sign up for library cards! One winner from each branch, in addition to one winner from outreach events, will be randomly selected to win a prize bundle filled with NPL swag!

Arts for Learning Virginia will lead participants in workshops to explore poet Langston Hughes’s impact on literature, culture, and social justice.
