NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Norfolk Police are asking for the public’s help to find a man who is wanted in connection with an active homicide investigation.
Around 7:55 a.m., on October 27th, dispatchers received a call for a domestic at a home in the 400 block of E Brambleton Avenue. When police arrived on scene, they found a woman, identified as Shakira S. Clark, 23, of Norfolk, suffering from life-threatening injuries.
Clark was pronounced deceased at the scene.
As a result of this investigation, Detectives have charged Keandre Debrough, 25, with second-degree murder and burglary.
Debrough is also wanted on other outstanding charges.
Anyone with information about Debrough’s whereabouts is asked to call Norfolk Police or submit an anonymous tip by calling the Norfolk Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP or by using the P3Tips mobile app.
