Shoutout to everyone who participated in last week’s fire drill at City Hall!
Thanks to quick action and coordination, the building was safely evacuated in under 7 minutes. The Norfolk Fire Marshal cleared all floors and assisted one employee, while Siemens and our General Services team kept everything running smoothly with alarm systems and notifications.
Special thanks to our Building Coordinators, the Norfolk Safety Team and Norfolk CERT for helping ensure the drill was safe, efficient and successful.
