The City of Norfolk is proud to continue a partnership with HRT and the Downtown Norfolk Council (DNC) to offer the GoPass365 to active employees at a discounted rate of $225. The passes are valid from July 1 to June 30 of each fiscal year on the Tide light rail, bus, ferry, VB Wave and 757 Express.
Passes can be purchased directly from the DNC, at 208 E. Main St., 2nd Floor, Selden Market Building.
You must complete the Election Form AND show City-issued employee ID at DNC to acquire pass.
Cost: $225, paid in full to DNC or split into six consecutive payroll deductions
