NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Norfolk Police need help locating 4-year-old boy who was taken from the 900 block of E Liberty Street on around 11:35 a.m. on June 16th.
Kai Foreman is believed to have been taken by Tyli Scott, 27, who is known to the child.
The child was last seen wearing a gray and black True Religion shirt, black or blue basketball shorts, and red crocs.
Scott has black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a red shirt with polka dots, and jeans.
Police are asking anyone who sees either Foreman or Scott to call 911.
