NORFOLK, Va. – The City of Norfolk’s Department of Housing and Community Development invites real estate developers to submit qualifications and full proposals for consideration to redevelop the Merrimac Market sites located in the Broad Creek neighborhood. These sites have been selected for housing specific uses.
Proposals should deliver high-quality, well-designed housing that meets the growing demand for diverse residential options in Norfolk.
