Renovated Parking Customer Service Center Reopens April 28
The Parking Customer Service Center will reopen at its original location (222 E. Main St.) on Monday, April 28, following renovations and upgrades aimed at enhancing service, comfort, and efficiency for customers.
The upgraded center features:
Streamlined service counters for faster assistance.
Improved accessibility for all visitors.
Structural safety and security upgrades.
Updated signage and layout to make navigation easier.
Enhanced customer engagement areas.
The temporary service location (232 E. Main St. Suite 230) will operate Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., through April 25.
