This program covers the key aspects of the recruitment process, effective interviewing, related employment law and the importance of an employee onboarding process.
The ultimate goal of this program is to ensure that managers and supervisors are aware of the hiring process from the first steps involved in recruitment through the NeoGov system, to assessing candidates through the interview process and then successfully onboarding a new employee.
