We’re excited to invite you to our fall quarterly meeting, and we’ve got something special planned.
This time, we’re hosting a panel discussion called "Walking the Walk and Talking the Talk."
The panel features Agile Academy alumni from the Budget and Strategic Planning team, who recently completed a Scrum to improve the budget process. They collaborated closely with the CivicLab team —the go-to for all things Agile and Scrum. Together, they developed a process that can be used every budget cycle to keep things efficient.
We’re also excited to have a member of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team on the panel. They recently joined the DEI team after being part of CivicLab, and they'll share their unique perspective on the project.
So, we’re truly walking the walk and talking the talk, and we can’t wait for you to join us and learn from their experience.
