Participants will learn the communication characteristics of high performing teams, strategies to connect with each team member, effective goal setting, building accountability and promoting positive interactions. Teambuilding do's and don'ts will also be reviewed.
This training is designed to enhance awareness of the characteristics of healthy, high-performance teams and to offer tools to support enhanced effectiveness. It may be facilitated virtually or in-person.
The training is in person on Tuesday, Aug. 27 from 9 a.m. to noon.
