It identifies the contributing factors of employee engagement and provides on-the-job activities leaders can implement to increase engagement levels. This program covers the benefits of an engaged workforce, costs of disengagement, stages of the engagement cycle, the top drivers that influence employee engagement, and ways to motivate employees.
