NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives are continuing to investigate a shooting in Ocean View that left a man dead.
Around 7:20 p.m. on July 21, 2024, police were called to a home in the 2100 block of Pretty Lake Avenue for the report of a gunshot victim. When Officers arrived, they found a man suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.
The man, later identified as Norman A. Hollowell Jr.,24, of Norfolk, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
