Norfolk residents need a letter of recommendation from Sheriff Joe Baron. Email the sheriff's executive assistant, Allison Boyd, at Allison.boyd@norfolk-sheriff.com and provide a copy of your application by April 16.
The VSI Scholarship application is due May 1.
