NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives are continuing to investigate a shooting on Vernon Drive that left a 15-year-old male dead.
On October 19, 2023, around 3:30 p.m., police responded to the 1700 block of Vernon Drive for the report of a gunshot victim. When officers arrived, they found a 15-year-old male suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
