NORFOLK – Crews performing Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel Expansion Project (HRBT) construction work will temporarily close the W. Bay Avenue off-ramp from I-64 West on Monday, July 17, 2023, between the hours of 9 AM and 3 PM.
As part of the project’s widening work for I-64, the W. Bay Avenue off-ramp will be closed, and traffic will be detoured to the 4th View Street off-ramp. Motorists are urged to remain alert when driving in this area.
All construction schedules are pending weather or unforeseen circumstances.
