NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Norfolk detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old William Palanco, who was last seen around 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 25, 2023, in the 500 block of Beechwood Avenue.
Palanco is about 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing around 110 pounds. He was last wearing a green hooded sweatshirt and grey pants.
Palanco suffers from a mental illness and may need medical attention.
