NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Norfolk detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 56-year-old Robert Keyser, who was last seen around 11:00 a.m. on December 20, 2022, in the 800 block of 37th Street.
Keyser is about 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing around 280 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black cap , grey jacket, black sweatpants, and black shoes.
Keyser suffers from an intellectual disability and may be in need of medical attention.
