NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) Norfolk detectives are asking for the public’s assistance to locate a Portsmouth man who is responsible for recent 7-Eleven robberies in Norfolk.
According to detectives, Stacey B. Dowell, 51, is wanted in connection to the robbery that occurred on June 22, 2020 at the 7-Eleven located at 8489 Chesapeake Boulevard, and a second robbery that occurred on June 30, 2020 at 4720 Hampton Boulevard.
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Dowell is asked to contact the Norfolk Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP or submit a tip using the P3Tips mobile app.
