The City of Norfolk will close shelters at Crossroads Elementary School and the Southside STEM Academy at Campostella at 1 p.m.
Guests in those shelters will be transported to the shelters at Norview High School and Bayview Community Center.
The City of Norfolk reported 213 guests and three pets in shelters at 6 a.m. Thursday.
Trash collection is taking place today as scheduled. TFC canceled recycling collection.
