NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives have identified the man found fatally wounded inside a car as 31-year-old Claude M. Smith.
Smith, of Norfolk, was found in the 1000 block of Ivaloo Street after police responded to a call for a possible gunshot victim. He was transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital by medics where he was pronounced deceased.
