NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) - Norfolk police have identified last evening's homicide victim as 22-year-old Javaughn Moore.
Shortly after 10:30 p.m. Friday, police discovered two men suffering from gunshot wounds in the 1500 block of Halstead Avenue. Responding medics pronounced Moore dead on scene. The second gunshot victim was transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for treatment of what appears to be non-life threatening injuries.
Police investigate deadly shooting incident
Moore (22) was last known to reside in the 1400 block of Picadilly Street in Norfolk.
