NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) - Norfolk police have identified the man that was found dead this morning in Ocean View.
Man found dead in Ocean View
Police were called to the 2100 block of Pretty Lake Avenue around 5:50 a.m. for a person with an unknown problem. When police arrived, they discovered 35-year-old Michael Moore, from Norfolk lying in the street. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.
