NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives have arrested two juveniles in connection with a string of recent car larceny investigations.
On August 15th and August 31st residents living in Downtown Norfolk and Colonial Place reported a rash of car larcenies occurring overnight. Multiple citizens reported finding their cars broken into, and items missing.
Following their investigation, Detectives have charged two juvenile males, ages 15 and 16 with: conspiracy to commit credit card theft, conspiracy to commit larceny, credit theft, credit card fraud, entering vehicle with intent to commit larceny, petit larceny, vandalism, and possession of burglarious tools.
The teenagers were taken into custody by Norfolk Police on September 16th and are being held in Norfolk Detention Center.
