Believe in Learning Norfolk is celebrating its kickoff in conjunction with Norfolk Public Library's Summer Reading Program! Our Summer Reading Program (SRP) encourages children, teens and adults to read, explore and discover throughout the summer. The kickoff features fun activities, special guests and opportunities to sign up for SRP, setting the stage for a season of adventure through books!
