ORFOLK, VA – The City of Norfolk honors the sacrifice of our nation’s service members during the annual Memorial Day Wreath-Laying Ceremony on May 26 at 2 p.m. The ceremony takes place at Wisconsin Square.
Guest speaker is Major General Thomas D. Crimmins, the 37th Commandant of the Joint Forces Staff College (JFSC). He oversees JFSC’s three schools: Joint Advanced Warfighting School (JAWS), Joint & Combined Warfighting School (JCWS) and Joint Information School (JIS).
The event is co-sponsored by the Veterans Affairs Advisory Commission
