The Norfolk Cares Call Center will be closed on Friday, May 9, for staff training and development.
Residents can request services using the MyNorfolk Mobile app and www.mynorfolk.org online platform, emailing healthyneighborhoods@norfolk.gov or by calling (757) 664-6510 to leave a voicemail. The Norfolk Cares team will process emails and voicemails within 24 hours of receipt.
