NORFOLK, Va. – (NPD) Detectives are continuing to investigate a shooting that left a man dead.
Around 11:35 p.m., on November 2nd, police responded to the 5800 block of Curlew Drive for the report of a gunshot victim. When Officers arrived, they found a man, Rayvone D. Foster, 25, of Norfolk, suffering from life-threatening injuries.
Foster was taken to the hospital where he later died as a result of his injuries.
