[ARCHIVED] Recruitment & Interviewing for Supervisors

Recruitment and interviewing for supervisors

This class is required for all supervisors. It covers the key aspects of the recruitment process, effective interviewing, related employment law and the importance of an employee onboarding process.

The ultimate goal of this program is to ensure that managers and supervisors are aware of the hiring process from the first steps involved in recruitment through the NeoGov system, to assessing candidates through the interview process and then successfully onboarding a new employee.

The next available classes are Oct. 1 and Oct. 22.
