NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Norfolk Police have arrested and charged a 64-year-old man following a bank robbery Tuesday afternoon on E Little Creek Road.
On September 17th around 1:10 p.m., police were dispatched to the Wells Fargo branch located at 2316 E Little Creek Road the report of a commercial robbery. When Officers arrived, they learned that the bank had been robbed.
As a result of their investigation, Detectives have charged Patrick M. McKown, 64, of Norfolk, with robbery, use of a firearm, and two counts of petit larceny.
McKown was taken into custody by Norfolk Police around 9:20 p.m. on September 17th in the 1200 block of Little Bay Avenue.
He is currently being held without bond in the Norfolk City Jail.
