Registration for Norfolk Parks & Recreation's 2024 S.O.A.R. After-School Program for Norfolk Public Schools students (grades K-8) is set to begin July 22, 2024. Registration opens online and in-person at participating recreation centers on Monday, July 22, at 12:30 p.m.
