In 2022, we conducted a statistically valid survey of Norfolk residents. The survey gauged our residents' perception of City services and informed FY 2024 Budget decisions. This year, we will conduct another resident survey to assess progress in areas identified by residents and to measure impact of strategies and resources commitments.
