NORFOLK – Crews performing Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel Expansion Project (HRBT) construction work will temporarily close the W. Bay Avenue off-ramp from I-64 West on Wednesday night, April 3, between the hours of 7 PM and 5 AM.
As part of the project’s widening work for I-64 in Norfolk, the W. Bay Avenue off-ramp will be closed, and traffic will be detoured to 4th View Street (refer to detour route map below).
Motorists are urged to remain alert when driving in this area. All construction schedules are pending weather or unforeseen circumstances.
