Attention Hybrid Plan Members of the Virginia Retirement System:
Did you know that last quarter, 50% of the City of Norfolk's VRS Hybrid Members made voluntary contributions?
You can also make voluntary contributions to the defined contribution component of your plan each month, in addition to the mandatory 5% contributions.
If you voluntarily contribute the maximum 4%, you will receive a 2.5% employer-matched contribution.
