Are you a Hybrid Retirement Plan Member of the Virginia Retirement System? In addition to your 5% mandatory contributions, you can make voluntary contributions to the defined contribution component of your plan each month.
If you voluntarily contribute the maximum 4%, you will receive a 2.5% employer-matched contribution.
