NORFOLK, Va. – (NPD) Detectives are continuing to investigate a shooting that left a man dead.
On December 9, 2023, around 5:20 a.m. police were called to a Econo Lodge located at 865 N Military Highway for the report of a gunshot victim. When Officers arrived, they found 52-year-old Charles F. Moore, suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.
Moore was pronounced deceased at the scene.
