NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives need help locating 21-year-old Khaalyah R. Bell who was last seen on November 24, 2023, around 12:00 p.m. in the 800 block of W 28th Street.
Bell is approximately 5’4” and 190 pounds with shoulder length red hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a plaid bonnet, red hoodie, and blue jogging pants with gold lettering on them.
Detectives are concerned for Bell’s well-being and are asking anyone with information about her whereabouts to please call 911.
