NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) - Detectives are asking for your help to locate 67-year-old Robert A. Christian, who was last seen on October 16, 2023, around 1:00 a.m. in the 1100 block of Little Bay Avenue.
Christian is approximately 5-feet-11-inches tall, 140 pounds, with grey hair, a beard, and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a grey Puma hoodie, plaid pajama pants, and blue Croc shoes without socks.
It is believed that Christian suffers from a cognitive impairment and is in need of medical assistance.
He may be located in the Ocean View neighborhood.
