NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) - Detectives are looking for 45-year-old David W. Simpson Jr. who was last seen on October 4th in the 2100 block of Jeffrey Drive.
Simpson Jr. is approximately 5-feet-8-inches tall, 140 pounds, with short blonde hair, fair skin, and blue eyes.
He is known to frequent the Norview and Ocean View neighborhoods of the City.
