NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives are continuing to investigate a late-night shooting on Sunset Drive that left a man dead.
Around 11:55 p.m. on July 17th, police responded to the 1300 block of Sunset Drive for the report of an unresponsive person. When Officers arrived, they found a man suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.
The man, identified as Rolando E. Rogers, 63, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
