NORFOLK, Va. – (NPD) Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance to identify a man who broke into an office building.
On March 4th, around 4:00 a.m. it was reported to police that a man entered the Tidewater Pediatric Consultants office building at 1682 Church Street.
